Contracts Manager Interiors

Reporting to the Operation Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage site operations including site establishment, manpower planning, materials
procurement planning, and day-to-day running
• Communicate, monitor and coordinate works with main contractors, architects, consultants,
and clients’ representatives by attending site meetings and taking necessary follow-up actions
• Manage projects with respect to budget (allowable), technical & client specifications, and deadlines
• Prepare and present monthly cost reports for projects to management
• Manage the contractual matters relating to projects – disputes, extension of time, scope, etc.
• Manage project cash flow and ensure proper funding for smooth running offsite operations
• Follow up for work variations with QS team and need for acceleration costs
• Develop & administer quality control policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Conversant with shop drawings/construction drawings
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in management of large construction/renovation projects
• Additional qualifications in Project Management would be an advantage
Other Requisites:
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
• Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications
• Self-organized and flexible on working hours

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in large projects involving HVAC installations (Chiller,
VRV)
• Additional qualifications in Project Management would be an advantage
Other Requisites:
• Knowledge of FIDIC for proper management of contract
• Fully conversant with MS Office applications

Draughtsman - MEP

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce accurate shop drawings for the Electrical division according to industry standards
• Relay detailed information in plan, elevation, and sectional view
• Interpret architectural and designer drawings
• Conduct surveys on site as and when required
• Obtain and analyse site dimensions
Qualifications & Experience:
• Technical certificate or diploma in draftsmanship
• Fully conversant with AutoCAD 2D & 3D/ Revit
• At least three years of proven experience in a similar position in a contracting environment
• Conversant with all different design techniques related to the discipline in producing as-made, construction and shop drawings
Other Requisites:
• Self-organizer with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Ability to manage work on more than one project simultaneously

Draughtsman – Joinery

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce accurate drawings using AutoCAD software and other software related to drawings
• Compile, check and archive drawings, so that joinery drawings can be issued to external parties
• Check printouts of drawings before handing over for approval or production
• Coordinate and check all incoming drawings with original scope for revisions
• Keep a trail of incoming and outgoing documentation on projects
Qualifications & Experience:
• Technical certificate or diploma in a technical field
• Fully conversant with AutoCAD 2D
• Knowledge of detailing joints, construction & mechanical elements and components
• Conversant with drawings standards and rules of technical and architectural drawings
• Experience in detailing shopfitting and joinery items would be an advantage
• Ability to take site measurements would be an advantage

Joinery Estimator

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate quantity of materials and prepare costing of tenders
• Take off quantities from plans and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Perform evaluation of progress of works for Factory/Sites claims and invoicing
• Compare and check tender versus construction drawings and price all variations accordingly
• Reconcile scope of work versus BOQ to ensure that work launched/in progress matches with client’s order
• Liaise with sub-contractors and prepare subcontract agreement and progress payment as per allowable
• Record variation orders on all jobs to ensure proper claiming
• Prepare pricing for variation orders and communicate to clients for approval
• Prepare claims for projects and small jobs
• Prepare and follow up monthly application of payment certificates with all relevant back up
• Analyze and distribute allowable to all supervisors of the production team
• Notify client/project managers on all contractual matters
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Fully conversant with shop drawings and construction drawings
• Minimum 5 years of experience acquired preferably in a joinery and contracting environment

• Quick response for resolving operational issues
• Self-organized and flexible on working hours
